datski620, if thats just a stock one with wings i'd say it would actually weigh less than the alloy ones. pretty sure the alloy is just for cooling and not for any weight advantage
adding wings to a stock sump would be a better idea...but then its not as cool to show to other people i guess

PJZ sold his two on ebay for $600 and $700 US....around about anyway. I thought that was a great price but I bought something else instead. I guess if you have a spare $1000 in your account, and you're pretty quick- you could land the next one that comes up but it'll be a fair wait. The last one I saw go for sale on ebay was about 3 years before the PJZ ones.
I'm not sure what the YEN currency is doing at the moment, but as a guesstimate that looks like a AUD$3100.00 buy it now on there? Andy, you can join a proxy bidding service to get the hard to find parts from Japan, but the costs are so high. The other way is to get Mike to get Endo-san to throw a bid on for you. Funnily enough if someone lent one to me I could definitely (I should say probably instead of definitely! haha) get some made up for a fraction of that price. You can view topic.
