They're the same unit just separate.

The 1200 ones are joined by a couple of bars (maybe one, not sure). I'm pretty sure they are anyway, when I fitted my cobra seats, I used the 1200 ones but then resorted to the 120y ones which were separate units. Sure I could have spliut the 1200 ones but they were tired anyway (jammed).

So if you use 1200 ones in a 120y the spacing may be different so you'd have to separate the pair of rails by cutting the transverse bars.

So 120Y seat rails will bolt into a 1200?

Or just use 1200 ones.

Give it a go??

BTW I went to the south yard wreckers on sunday and all three of their listed 120y's are gone, along with the other Datsuns.

Maybe just put a price on what you want to spend and see what 120y rails turn up?
