I reckon you might as well go for Dello's or Mikuni's. You can get a decent setup for as cheap as $500.00 if you try hard enough. But if you go for webers then bang on an extra 3 or 400 bucks onto that figure (webers are not better, just more popular).

You can pull it off as a 1200SSS NZ engine that came fitted with twins.

As for SU setups I can help you get a complete set but that would be months down the track. Greendogs look good, otherwise have a search on datto1000wagons last for sale threads, he had a setup complete for sale but he was asking big bucks.

Are you after sidedraft 4 barrel setups (weber, Mikuni, Dello) or the SU sidedraft (hitachi)?
