hmm a head gasket is worth $18
depending on how bad rust is it looks ok and oil change and a head gasket would cos stuff all good luck with the sale

Take a photo of the inside of the oil cap and rockers and post it up. It looks like whipped cream... this indicates that there is water mixed with the oil, which is generally a result of a blown head gasket. This also explain why it runs hot and does not idle smoothly.
