found out what the problem is there is no rubber bush on the nut end of the caster rod so its got play which is why it scrubing only on they left side its got 2"s of play

i ahd 70 series tyres on it before and it didnt scrub

thats the problem its hitting about 4"s in

what about when i pu the 15"on with 50 series on

instead of beating up your ute you could just put some 60 profile tyres on it instead of 70's??

i think i might let the guy that is doing the mods for me do it,borgy diff ca18det on and on

the bashing required is usually only right near the outer of the footwell, not right across, things like brake and clutch pedal are inside the engine bay anyway, not all the way out in the wheel well

have a good look before you start hitting, you will see this isn't an issue

what about on the right hand side if i bash it in will it affect how much the clutch etc goes in

bash is fine

if your doing a super neat car you would cut and weld (have seen that also)

but just bash at the lump that is there if your happy to go that way, i would say 99% people bash it

can u just bash it in or do u have to cut it
