This is a quote from QLD t/sports - modifications pdf - http://tmr.qld.gov.au/~/media/c792a0c ... ation_motor_vehicles2.pdf
The wheel track must not be reduced to less than the standard track specified by the vehicle manufacturer for the particular model of vehicle. The track of a car or car derivative may be increased by up to 26mm beyond the maximum specified by the vehicle manufacturer for the particular model of vehicle. Hope this helps

I also need to increase the front track on my 1200 sedan, 30mm would be spot on. A few questions: 1. Can I re-use my existing antiroll bar changing to the Stanza lca's? 2. Do you use only the Stanza ball joint and lca with the 1200 strut and steering arm? 3. Will the standard 1200 track rods still mount on the Stanza lca's?

Thanks for that, trying to use as much as I can out of S13 including rims [16x7x -40 offset] An increase of +9mm per side would be spot on when you add on the width of the disc - offset. From memory Qld transport allows 20mm overall.

use late model ute ball joints, decreases the negative camber effect a bit but it also decreases the track increase by about 5 to 7mm per side, making it less vissually different

stanza is about 30mm per side from memory, it stands out visually quite a bit,
thats when using complete stanza setup (ball joints lca's etc) ive read that you can decrease the track by using a different ball joint, some of the other members will be able to tell you more about it
