The weekend of March 12th is the next Vic meeting. Its the first round of the Vic state series and is at Winton.

What do you mean 'didn't make it onto the track'.? It got a clear 4 feet onto the track before rolling backwards and getting pushed back up to the pit!

The car didnt make it onto the track!
It was already raining a bit when we got there. Then we had a problem early with what i thought was an oil pressure problem, so missed the first two sessions.
Had it sorted in time for a a big downpour, and the track being closed for the day.
We would have been happy to do some wet testing but there was a lake or two on the track which made it impossable for officials to do anything but close the track.

Got home nice and early!

Great to meet Don, who came up for a drive to see some datto action but missed out aswell.

Heading to Mallala in SA next weekend. see how it goes there.

Thanks Ange, I took the car back to Kyneton to the wiring guy to configure all the data logging bits. I wasnt too fussed about getting it all working, but a mate is going to come and drive the car at Winton aswell. He has a lot more driving talent than me so the data i get from his drive will teach me alot.

Ive fixed the the roll steer prob, given it about 4 deg more caster and added 50 Lb to the front spring rate.. See how it goes.

well simon, you dropped 7 seconds off your previous best in the coupe last time you went out, all you gotta do is be consistent

Ha Ha, mmmm maybe not. I wish i was as fast as a GT3 tho. 1.43`s last time out. The ultimate goal is 1.37.6. Thats the lap record for U2lts IP. Somehow i dont think the A12 will be up to it
