I've got some 120Y bare struts with custom 5 studs sitting around. (see my pics)
These will be for sale soon. As well as a VN B/W complete diff, which is the same stud pattern as the custom hubs.

There's a couple of options that spring to mind (found on this forum) if you wish to retain the macpherson strut design.

Firstly there's the ford XF disc conversion using 180B\200B\Stanza size stub axles

Then there's the holden disc converion using S3 bluebird struts and holden discs and brakes. I forgot the specifics of what Chris said so best to ask him

otherwise you could do the silvia\300zx\r32 gtst style knuckle conversion and use those parts.
