Or you could run a vanette style underdash brake cylinder setup and booster DD but tilting the motor would allow some better inlet/exhaust designs thats for sure.

A 15 degree tilt (same as the L-series) should work OK.
Run a bit less oil and optionally weld a pocket wing to the right side of the sump. Then cut & shut the manifold so the carbie(s) are sitting level once again. Hmmm... this would allow LHD 1200s to fit twin sidies. Maybe just a wedge adapter will get the manifold level.

A 10 to 15 degree tilt shouldnt cause any issues and will make it easier to work on.

Right Hand Drive could work for engine tilting. Distributer would be on a little more of an angle or lean, plus it would allow bigger turbo, more piping, more room to space stuff out due to heat and related issues. Are there any down sides to tilting an engine?

I know of one fella that has tilted his A series turbo to allow for better manifold and turbo fitment but has anyone even done the same to their A series in a datsun?
It will allow me to fit the supercharger with much more ease and have the SU carby well placed. You can view topic.
