Joe at Hi Comp Performance based at Minchinbury dyno tuned my L series to perfection.
Honest guy and has an honest Dyno .... passed plenty of blokes claiming bigger numbers !! (Even one tuned by an already mentioned establishment )
Cheers

I agree with Ernie on the Blacktown Carby & EFI. He helped me out with some parts for fuel injectors once, was the only one who would, so it's time to return the favour. Or maybe Unigroup Engineering on Amax Avenue at Girraween. They're open in the evenings & weekends & the Sydney Datsun Club have had a couple of dyno days there.

I had a single DCOE on my A12 dyno'd by a guy on Salisbury Rd in Hornsby, Sydney. He did a great job but charged close to $500 incl new jets. Theres a big Jaguar logo on the outside of the building.

You could try Mark at Injection Perfection, based at Bankstown Aerodrome. He used to run Yagoona Automotive & had a dyno & more importantly had a 1200 ute with a worked A15 & nitrous. This was back in the mid 80's mind you, when all we had to race on was the 850 feet at Oran Park. Many a worked V8 got it's arse smacked by a fridge white 1200 ute. I don't know if it's still Mark running the place, but maybe it is & maybe he can help. Or maybe he'll just try to sell you two throttle bodies & a computer to run it. I dont have a contact number or web address, so you'll have to do that for yourself. If you get on to him &he wants to know who referred you, tell him Im the Guy in the 1200 sedan from Oran Park, who was using the 1200 wagon as a starter for the open wheeler. That should tweak his memories.

OK I'll explain. The openwheeler we had on his dyno had no starter, plus constant flow Hilborn fuel injection. To start the car, I'd reverse my 1200 ute onto the dyno with just one driven wheel on the rollers, then put it in reverse & let the clutch up. When the driver of the openwheeler saw the oil pressure come up, he'd turn the ignition on & the motor would start. Sort of like a push start at the speedway. Pretty exciting. Had to do this about half a dozen times over the course of the day. the openwheeler ended up making about 250HP from a 1.9 litre VW Beetle motor, running on methanol fuel.
