I guess you can get 110cc from a bore.. Close enough to 2.2.. Probably gained capacity on each new owner through artistic rounding of the truth.

You'd have to get the money back in parts. $200-600 for used turbo, $20 per wheel, $500 for short engine, $100 for the seats, $100 for the ecu. $50 for the transistor pack, $200-300 for the panels,.. Still worth the drive.

I think it's 'to good to be true' as well

sounds like he doesnt know what hes talking about, looks like a FWD motor to me. He says he spent 9 grand on the motor but is happy to let the whole car go for 800 clams???

They did ca18det 2.0stroker kits but nt 2.2. Nwy, its still a bargain for what suppafatto paid.Just saw ebay link.

I know they do sr kits, from memory they did do ca18 kits. They may not be listed anymore but I do remember a few jap ones did and then stoped as was useless compared to sr conversions

jun and tomei have 2.2kits for SR not CA.Do u have any links or proof to this 2.2kits for ca18dets from either one of those brands?the link you posted is a chat on a forum...and anyone can type anything.id rather get such info from manufacturers website..
