Chassis number is only stamped on firewall, regos take no notice of the other plates

doesnt matter if the compliance plate is missing. your rego bloke will let you know what needs to be done. i have seen it before a few times where i use to work, and the cars ended up on the road. long as it has a body/chassis number somewhere, which they have on the firwall, ull be right.
Go see ur rego bloke before you get to stuck into it to make sure first.

Buy one off Bprojects and get it restamped so it all looks legit come rego time.

Hi dd its missing the vin plate or chassie number plate although it has it stamped on the fire wall,(b-120 etc).

Hi guys bought a shell and was told it had the plates,not number plates the vin plate.What do i do when it comes time to register it,can the rta issue me with a new one.
