It appears you have sliced a bushing in half (as per the discussion at beginning of this topic), and in so doing there is no longer any wide end for the special washer to cup against

When using a stock (uncut) bushing, the washers cupped side should face the bushing

tension rod special washer.

C110 otherwise known as 240K Castor rod rubbers fit straight in and are much more solid giving a vast improvement in control under hard braking as well when doing this mod, Urethane are often too hard and end up breaking stuff if not careful hence why I use rubber just better rubbers even with stock Castor let alone "Moar" (more) Castor
