the 6052 is the square 5x7 inch the round one for 120y is a 7 inch 7019
usually sb7019 for sealed beam ssb7019 for semi sealed beam which will take h4 globe as above most auto stores should carry around 20 dollar mark

repco or super cheap should have them, i think they just a 6 inch round sealed beam, 6052 part number i think
