#3 Re: Update on the Monster Truck

Not to mention the fact that the Chickenhawk rear disc brake project is kicking my butt! John, you were right. If only I had listened to you weeks ago and bled the brakes. We would have found that the master cylinder was inadequate and replaced it in time for the track day. My bad.

Although, now that I have hooked him up with a VG30E (which might go in the 510 wagon), I get the feeling his/our schedule is about to be upended.

#1 Update on the Monster Truck

I didn't feel right commenting on this in the Meetings section so here it is. I haven't done any work on the Monster Truck project (named Herman incidentally) since we, tensandtwenties and I (thanks John), have been trying to get the steel fender flares on the Chickenhawk ready for the track day this weekend. Herman is actually in line behind a turbocharged A-12 for the car I call George, the rusty white car with black stripes on my website. After George, if another project doesn't come up, I'll look into the whole Herman situation again. I haven't forgotten it, though I probably should.
