I've got a whole bluebird L series tranny you can have for free here. auto. Otherwise its off to tip. You have to take all of it lol

Temporarily, plug the hose so it will not leak fluid. Then later replace the modulator.

haha. thats what i said regarding a manual conversion! but she's only got an auto license and cant drive stick... but she is totally in love with her datsun so thats alright in my books :)

i thought this would be the only way to fix it just wanted a few others opinions to back me up! now does anyone have a new one of these lying around... other wise i'll be buying

hey guys,

a friends auto 120y is struggling! she's been told the vacuum modulator is leaking and therefore not holding vacuum and fluid.

whats the best way to go about fixing this? order a new one and presto?
