vynil sign places do them in all kinds of design at your local weekend craft and goods market place. I go to a guy at vic market here quite cheap.
Most printing bureau places have them too. Just find the design you want then you can send a dxf, corel or eps (vector file) and specify the heigh and length, material etc, what colour and design you after? I imagine with your blue alot would stand out.
