The B110 choke wiring should have nothing to do with the CHG lamp:
![]() But in your case, since unplugging the relay DID have something to do with it, suggests your wiring is messed up. Maybe the relay is fried and feeding back through the N terminal of the alternator. In any case, just leave the choke relay disconnected. It if works OK, and you don't have an electric choke, you don't need it.

The choke relay does not need to be connected to anything.
Vacuum advance does not need to be used, and is normally not used with twin Webers. It only helps with part-throttle power. It won't affect moderate or full-throttle power whatsoever.

I pulled the (T) connection on the alternator and nothing happened light stayed on then I pulled the choke relay and the light goes out.and it doesn't come on when I turn it back on..so I'm guessing I need that hooked up?Even though I don't have a electric choke any more. Can that be bad? Also where do I hook up the vacume advance for the dizzy on dual dcoe carbs??

What would make my charge light stay on after I turn car off Potential Causes: * Voltage Regulator lamp relay is stuck * wiring is shorted * Alternator shorted * wiring is incorrect * Wrong alternator installed If it was working correctly before and you have not changed the alternator or wiring, you can rule out the last two. To rule out the alternator, when the lamp is stuck on with KEY OFF, pull the T-connector out of the alternator. If the lamp still stays on, it's not caused by a bad alternator.

What would make my charge light stay on after I turn car off..and I have to disconnect the battery.... and the voltage reg clicks when I undo the battery???? Don't undo the battery cable. I know it a folk method of checking charging, but they weren't designed to run that way. 15.5 volts is within spec when it is very cold out. If it is 50F or above, then adjust or replace the Voltage Regulator. You can view topic.
