Yes my ute leafs in my coupe do the same thing, sits low on one side.
Could this be because of wear of just a factory setting?

Try some of the 4wd style spring guys, as modern suspension specialists have forgotten all about leaf springs, while most 4wd's still use them. You can get the springs reconditioned, so they move smoothly instead of binding, resetting to get a difference in ride height, or reversed eye main springs or half leafs added. the difference in spring height could just be sag, but the driver side spring should make that side sit higher to allow for drivers weight.

King Springs sells a "coupe" leaf set. Will work for sedan as the Coupe & Sedan use the same stock set. I think it might also fit a ute as all are 1110mm long, 50mm wide. Just uses a different number & thickness of leaves.
Otherwise, have a spring place reset them.

G'day guys,
I am wanting to overhaul the suspension in my '76 1200 Ute. The leaf springs on one side make the car sit lower to one side. I was wondering if it would be better to have them restored or to buy a new set? If new - Where can you buy a new set and cost? If restoring - Places people can reccomend to this kind of work and cost? I am located in Melbourne. Cheers, Joe. You can view topic.
