Does it have the later inlet manifold stud pattern? If memory serves correct it may be the closed chamber round port A14 thrift cylinder head. Were never sold locally in OZ and more than likely was on an import motor from EKW back in the day 80's - 90's
edit: searched the tech wiki and found the below. H81 Sweden emissions head. * Intake valves: 35mm 13201-H1000 * Exhaust valves: 29mm 13202-H1000 Gasket 14035-18000 * Dry type * Original bolt pattern * round ports

As title says I have a cylinder head I'm unsure what it's off has h81 stamped on it and has round ports
