Not sure what the rebuild involves but its such a simple looking unit there couldnt be much in it besides seals and bearings as it doesnt appear to have external lube or some kind of oil feed. The inlet looks like 1.5 or 1.75 inch?
It has plastic or composite polymer casings right?

Whoops, missed a zero.... I'm sure it wouldn't work as hard in a car as it does on a jet-ski so could probably go longer than 100 hrs.

10 hours a week would be 10 weeks rebuilds for me
but sounds perfect for you Dylan especially considering it weighs bugger all compared to other SC or turbos. What size is the opening?

Yeah they deffenetly put out good power.especially when my ski only ways 340kg :) 0-100 in around 2 seconds.it will take a little while to reach the 100hr so would work out good I think

I'm sure if you really wanted you could lock the washers and avoid rebuilds. 100hrs is roughly 40-60,000kms, for me that would be every 4 years for my road car which is the same interval for timing belt changes for my other car. 60,000kms or 4 years.

Sad day when a jetski has way more power than most our Datsuns in 2013, nice looking unit would be nice if it didnt need so many rebuilds though
