Yes air/fuel mixture is the problem. Usually caused by a vacuum leak, but can also be caused by incorrect carburetor adjustment.

Hi Guys
I went through My Vacuum Hoses and could not find any leak there , So i leaned my air fuel mixture little more and then raised the idle speed a little more and drove it about 7km,that problem did not occur , i have to run it more and see how it works and also plug the brake booster again and run it a little to check it back ,once i have done i will let you guys know thanks regards sumith

Mine does that too.
I don't have power brakes either. If I slam on the brakes I can here the engine stumble and try to stop. It usually happens on cold mornings when the engine is cold. It's worse at the bottom of this hill when I leave my house. My air/fuel gauge will swing to full lean when this is happening and then swing back to normal as the engine stabilizes. I have always attributed this to an incorrect float setting (SU) BUT I have never adjusted them to find out.

It is caused by a vaccum leak. It can be on one of the other hoses (aside from the brake hose). See Vacuum Leaks.

Hi Guys
I blocked the hose from manifold to booster and and also blocked the booster inlet hose too, but yet i have that issue and noticed that sometimes engine runs on higher rpm than normal and comes back to normal condition again, what do you guys suspect any idea what to go through ? thanks regards sumith

Start by unplugging the Brake Booster hose from the manifold, then plug the fitting in the manifold.
Then (carefully) drive it. If the problem no longer occurs, it is related to the brake vacuum.
