Yeah I'm looking at a s13 Silvia half cut, with ca18det manual. Just wanna make sure I don't buy something that's gonna stuff me around later on. I fly back to work tomorrow so I won't be buying the one I was looking at. I've looked at maddats stuff, I'm sure it's all good gear but does seem very excy for there gear, I'm spewing now I sold all the struts I had for my old ute :(

Depends turbo or NA, either way I think CA front cuts are getting long in the tooth these days probably best find a good running ca18de exa FWD if going NA pull it apart and fill it with H beam rods, better cams and if going turbo nice ebay ex manifold or stock cast iron factory manifold, reco or new turbo to suit, nistune ecu, nice ebay inlet manifold (save heaps of weight), new injectors, vg30 airflow meter suitable billet TB around 80 new delivered, full rebuild and maybe some bits from Maddat or DIY. You most likely need to do the same to a front cut anyways so might as well do it right the first time from a cheaper base ca18de+T

RS13 - 180SX
S13 - Silvia As I understand it, any S13 makes a good CA donor. Get a manual transmission clip or automatic depending on which type of transmission you want. The S14 is the one that comes in better and worse versions, for example try to get an S14 that doesn't have an immobilizer.
