Yeah I know 1200rc. Its bloody confusing. This rally coupe with the A14 might not compete in TRC and only in club rallies. I dont know, I would have to speak with the owner. See the other thread for more info.

sorry to go off track but nizmo wernt you debating whether rally cars are allowed to run a-14's with me, because here you tell us of an existing 1200 rally car competing with an a-14, doesnt that mean it must be allowed? you seemed to think it wasnt
not that ive done any research since weve talked about it yet

I like the 4-port injection but it makes for a cluttered up engine compartment. I want a toy, not a monstrocity, and I want it to look good and run good also. The port injections are so cluttered that the motor is half hidden.

Can both injection units be run from one computer?
Yes ... depending ... you can go two routes. Use the complete Nissan system (throttle body, computer, harness and sensors, including the oxygen sensor so it can self-tune). Use the stock FI setup for this. I can't recall if any use two throttle plates. Pick a system with a mass-airflow sensor for best results on different size engines. Or, buy an aftermarket computer which offers more choices (simpler or more complex, take your pick). This is far more expensive. If you're gonna make your own manifold, consider going with port injection (4 injectors, one in each intake runners). This avoids mixture distrubution problems.

Hey Mareo, I know a guy down here in the Tas rally championship is running quad throttle bodies on his A14 (1559cc). Absolute bloody weapon from the description I got, would love to check it out in the flesh.
Check out that link in one of the other threads (I think its the WTB: fuel Injection Manifold, in Classifieds) for Injection Perfection (I think). They should have an email adress so you might find some info thru them. Good luck

I need some information about throttle body fuel injection. My uncle has a scrap yard and he has two 1986 Sentras there. They have the throttle body injection. I want to use both of them and adapt them to my intake manifold, a twin throttle body injection. I have access to a good shop with a TIG welder and the manifolds, oxygen sensor, throttle cables, fuel lines and other add-ons will be no problem. My question is:
Can both injection units be run from one computer? I think it will be a good idea to use twin throttle body injection and not that hard to adapt. Can some of ya'll give me some feedback on this? Mareo You can view topic.
