If you don't want to crop the picture, you can make it smaller (reduce the resolution). I use a freeware program called STGThumb to make smaller versions of pictures. It's generally used to make thumbnail pictures, but you can set it to reduce to any size (even medium size). Making them less than 640x480 makes 'em fit on just about anybody's monitor.
If you have a high-megapixel camera, the pictures might be too big (for our site photo albums) at the usual high resolution.

your photo file size is probably too big, i had the same problem, you probably need to crop some of the photo if possible and drop the resoulution (this helps a lot but pics arnt as good obviously), and also if the files are in bitmap form (i.e. pic1.bmp) you can convert them to .jpg or .gif to reduce the size. if you need a program to do this download the one at www.irfanview.com, this is a free and very handy program which does what you need, though i cant work out how to crop the photo in this program

Hey,
Ive been trying to upload some pics of my engine, but I keep getting the message "No photo uploaded or photo to big" How do I fix?? You can view topic.
