275/30R19 is designed for a rim that is 9-10 inches wide. So fitting it to an 11" wide rim would be a stretch. See 275/30R19 specs.
Keep in mind that a 10" rim is overall 11" wide.

I would think a slight stretch. Closest size on tyrestretch.com is a 265/30/19 on an 11" rim.
