3 in one shipment and all 3 labels come loose??? sounds fishy to me.

Ouch.
I've lost three A-Series alloy rocker covers in the post, all at once. I received an apology from the carrier and the label from the parts which had become detached from the shipment. This was some time ago and I haven't recovered yet
