options if you want it to be the exact same length - you could grind the poly bushes down a bit on a bench grinder, you could take a bit off the sleeve in the middle. If you put the new bushes on the orignal link pins, you'll probably need to grind them down a bit too - they look thicker.
Or you could just fit the new link pins. It is unlikely to cause any problems being slightly longer.

I think I know what you mean but not 100% sure. Whats your opinion on the new link bars, yay or nay? I could just use the bushings on the stock link bar too?

Quote:
sway bar bushings. make sure the bar is tight in the brackets. Replace the bushings as necessary. Also, make sure the side of the bar with factory white paint mark is installed on the left side of the vehicle Oops. I painted my sway bar and don't know which way to put it now?

After further examination it is not the sleeve.
It appears the bushings are too big? Am I being too paranoid?

I think the discrepancy is in the sleeve. I think you are right though Harry. If I cut down the sleeve to match the standard height it should be okay. Good thinking.

easily fixed - cut down the sleeve to suit, and use a shorter bolt if neccesary.
