i've got flange plates cut to suit dual outlets.if that helps.

Jmac might sell his send him a PM Im sure he has that bit for you which he could cut the first 10-15cm and post cheaply enough that way, then you just need to extend it using bigger pipes that collect into a Y simply enough. Id say they go for about $80-100aud.

as title says, after the bottom part of the gx manifold which is the 2 into 1 part of the main exhaust piping. In New Zealand so must be willing to post. Thanks
