Are you running any negative camber on the diff?- That helps as well and the 3 things together may be getting close.

Hey Tom,
I have a similar scenario with my 4 door where I am using a Mk 1 Ford Cortina diff housing and the finned aluminium 260Z drums.
2 options here,I am using both;
1) you could get an engineer to take a whisker out of the inner face of the rear mags
2) what about using a 175x60x13? I have just purchased myself some new Dunlop Direzza O36G's after 3 years off and on with Bridgestone RE520S's but there are other brands out there and in my opinion that size is perfect for the 1200's and may well be the answer to your problems.

Cheers
Dave

early hyundai excell rims were 4 x 114.3, I usually look at the aftermarket wheels at 15" but perhaps there is some 13" available if standard was only 13"

Ok so I have somewhat painted myself in a corner; I've had the H190 roadster axle in the car for several months now and use a Hoosier Vintage TDs 185/60-13 tire (20.6 diameter and 7.0 section width) which mounted on my hotwire rims just barely fit under the fenders (I've rolled the inner lip). Well I called my usual used tire guy and he is out of them, so if I want to fit some of the more common tires it's either flare the rears (beyond my skill level to do properly) or find some FWD rims that will clear the finned alloy drums. I had a Pulsar set but the fouled the drums.

Anybody who has fitted an H190 and used FWD rims please chime in.
