Spoke to them today.
They can press a new bolt into the plate, but they don't have the replacement bolt. So it looks like I need the whole shackle itself, or someone who has one of these bolts just lying around. I'm willing to pay for the shackle plus shipping if anyone can help me out.

So I managed to do a great job sheering the head off of one of my rear leaf shackles while swapping the leafs over.
