Sentra rear disk on a h165

Hi
Wondering if anyone has done the sentra rear disk conversion from teck wiki ? Are the cad drawing for the bracket good has anyone use them before ? Is their a certain year model sentra that you have to use for the rear calipers ? And I assume you have to get a custom hand brake cable made up ? Any help would be great Thanks
