Rears: KDRL-10
fronts: KDFL-17

exact same as the stanza, so rears are the same as S13 but the front aren't from what i can tell anyway..

Are the part numbers for sunny b 310 same as stanza? Krl 10 or something? If so then s13 Silvia springs are same part and heaps of s13 springs available. Mine came with ebiachs

I find kings sag a lot and ride rough as
Lovells are a bit thicker coil but progressive rate. haven't sagged as much.
I sing kings ultra lows in my stanza rear now and they have sagged after 1 year

why lovells over kings?
an engine conversion will come later on as the engine has such low kms. Yeah i was thinking some black rims with a chrome rim? definitely not going to chuck some jap racer rims on it, would make the car look super tacky!

Look at lovells not kings IMHO. Nice b 310
Put a 32/36 with electronic ignition and extractors.
Now wheels.... Mmmmm something period with chrome and black maybe.

Nice purchase, I have always liked the sunny. it looks very clean, looks like there is no bodywork required. My kind of project, I think a set of black wheels would set it off really well.

Have fun with it.

Hey guys,

Just joined up here as i picked up my datsun last week, managed to get a granny spec 1980 sunny sedan. original 87'000kms with full service history, immaculate inside and out. Its going to be my new project over the next few years! pretty damn excited to start working on it!
Plans:
. Lowering on kingsprings.
. oldschool chrome or black mags.
. new carby.
. extractors and exhaust system.

keeping it nice and simple.

here it is:

cheers
