Yes, the Datsun 1000 is much smaller.

Not in a 1200, only need to trim the mounting surface. No need to cut the Core Support in two.

Do you have to cut any of the supports or anything for that? I'm just worried because there is 0 room from my crank pully to where my rad would sit.

We mostly use S14 radiator as it fits right in the 1200.

I'm trying to get the measurements for the PWR Datsun 1200 SR20 Radiator. A local company is going to make a radiator for my 1200. This would def help as it's a PITA to order anything from AUS and super expensive for shipping.
