I'd be going the s13 upgrade for my money.
S13 uses vented discs but the 280zx doesn't, so there could be a slight weight difference, but if it ever sees some track use, you might see some fade with the solid rotor. You've also got better pad choice with the s13 compared to the sunny/pulsar caliper in the 280zx swap. Lots of guys on here are using the s13 brake swap, seems to be the best bang for your buck.

This question might have been asked before but I can't see it. I want to keep the struts in my 73 coupe but upgrade the brakes, I know of two options: the s13 brake adapter for $100 or the 280zx adapters for $80 which would be a better option?
I will be running an a14 With twin webers and maybe supercharging it down the track. Any advice is appreciated
