It sounds pretty good, though. We needed to use large speakers to be able to hear the stereo over the engine and exhaust. It'll be quieter by the time you get it, though.

Oh, and glad to see you made your first post Dot.

Tim has a ridiculously large speaker box in the back of my Mini-Pearl. I will have him take a picture of it.

#1 stereo

i had a 10inch speaker sitting around and i borrowed an enclosure for it off a friend, also got my amp back he borrowed i while ago.

wired it all up and mounted amp to back of box for quick removal (save weight), its pretty damn good along with the 6inch speakers i put in a while ago

today i borrowed my mates phone which gives a sound reading in decibles, i got about 90-95 Db reading at my usual volume approx. where my head would be, this is actually high enough to damage ears if listened to for about an hour (i learnt something useful at uni this semester) and when i cranked it and held the phone in front of the bass speaker i got 113 Db

so yeah i might not listen to the stereo so loud anymore, i just though i should have went for a drive to see how loud my engine is from in the car, cause thats pretty loud too, oh well next time!
