No worries, as I said I was working on it today anyhow. 15x8 +0 can be done if you like agressive fitments and are prepared to do alot of gaurd work.
My advice is buy a 15x8 +0 steel wheel - they're about $75, and a cheap tyre the size you want and trial fit to see exactly what you're in for.

the 15x8 +0 just clears the 120Y strut with the S13 disc removed so the wheel is on the original hub mounting face. There's about 5mm clearance to the strut which is fine. As I mentioned before the gaurd clearance will be your problem. Personaly I think a 15x7" +0 to +10 is better for the front - that's why I bought 7s for the front and 8s for the back.

Im not forcing anyone to take pictures and measurements, L18_B110 kindly volunteered to do it and I accepted but if its too much of a hassle there is no need to do it.

Asking someone else to spend their time to take pics of a highly modified car when yours is supposedly stock? is not really constructive but you can check his build thread he has plenty of pics.

What you can do a12dato120y is take pics of your car and areas of concern then we could address it further.

hmm, you would have been better off doing the mods to fit the wheels and tyres before painting. But it can be done without cracking the paint if there's no bog around the wheelarches. I did mine myself, but if you haven't done it before and are worried about a new paint job, then you're better off paying someone to do it.

15x8 under the front will be a very tight squeeze. Yes, more positive offsets bring it closer to the strut. I don't think you'll be able to fit anything other than the 0 offset on the front on standard struts and brakes - even that is going to be pretty tight to the strut but should fit IIRC. I'll be changing my front springs this weekend so i'll whack one of the 15x8s on the front, take a photo of how it sits and and measure clearance to strut for you. Front gaurds will need a fair bit of work to get 8" fronts under too. Rear was pretty easy by comparison but still took a fair bit of beating :) A 4dr sedan might have a bit less room under the rear than my car, so you really need to decide for yourself.

All the clearances to the strut and body depend on what struts, brakes, camber tops, diff etc you have on the car though.

I have 15x8 +0 on the back and 15x7 +0 on the front with 195/50s all round.
Gaurds are lipped and slightly pumped out. The steps in the rear inner wheel well have also been hammered out for clearance. A 4dr sedan will probably have a bit less clearance in the back wheel well.
I also have S13 discs over the top of the standard 120Y hubs which are effectively 8mm spacers on the front. You might be able to squeeze the 15x8s under the front if you really wanted to - you'd have to check clearance to the strut with standard brakes.
