You will need to use a hammer and dolly. The return fold/return needs to be opened up until its flat with the rest of the guard (the 90 deg fold is gone). Do this about 75mm beyond where you want to start removing material. Then draw a texta line of where you want the new guard fold/return to be, starting from the original fold that hasn't been opened up. The guard can then be trimmed allowing 15mm or so more for the return/lip. Use the hammer and dolly to re form the lip.
Probably needs a couple of pictures to go will the explanation. but you might get the idea?

I have almost 4* castor and 3.5* camber and no touching

No! That's how i have done the last guards... Haha I want a more factory look trying to keep factory flare line if you know what I mean?

Ok. Title pretty much sums it up. Looking for a few pics of how you guys have cut or cut and shut the front guards for extra clearance on bigger wheels. Have had a shot at this a few timeS myself but can't get it to look any good :(
