What will cause pedal going to floor?

Check if it is the booster: disconnect and plug the vacuum line at the manifold. Pump the brakes until vacuum is used up. Now is the pedal high and tight?

Well the bench bleed might help

the pushrod needs to be exactly the right length.
Too long or short.

Can both cause problems.

A quick Google search.

This article will explain it will explain it better than I can type.

What size master did you get from maddat?

yeah I also was thinking that the rod coming out of the booster was not long enough, so I adjusted right out still no different, plus something I never asked maddat if there setup would suit my brakes...you'd think it wouldn't be that hard surly lol
Ill try the bench bleed it tomorrow

Hey Rocket

Did you bench bleed the master cylinder before installing

They normally don't bleed very well if just installed straight on the car.

Might help to remove the master and try that.

Also if going disc front and rear.

Selection of the correct size master cylinder, will alter pedal effort and amount of travel.

To get the right amount of hydraulic advantage for your setup

Good pic. I'd guess that is the 250 mm caliper.

The two calipers look very similar. It's the factory bracket that differs the most. You'll need it for the conversion, in addition to the custom adapter.

Then upload to another site, and link to the photo here.

The main problem is the size of the photo. We can upload a 1.3 megapixel photo, but the site won't auto-resize larger photos. It briefly shows a message stating what the problem is, but if you aren't watching you probably missed it.
