Levs you found a way to reset our body odometers?
that way we can hoarde more datsuns and bits :) good stuff new donk frsh odometer, just make sure she gets some lube in the cogs before its all back together and I think its watchmakers grease?

Drill would take days.
Just remove the shaft that holds the number wheels,(a little bit of bending on one side of the mounting bracket, bend back to refit) pull it apart carefully and place the bits in order of removal. Take note of the orientation of the alloy "spacers?" and be very careful as the little plastic gears on the alloy spacers can fall off. Best to try on an old speedo first, sorry i did not take step by step pics. Line up the numbers one by one and refit to the speed,check all is well then re-bend mounting bracket, check it again. Sorry for not more detail but if you take your time (and some before pics for reference) you should be OK. Cheers, Levey.

Freshly rebuilt engine so i think it should be done.
Easy to do in 10 minutes. You can view topic.
