apparently nissan dont do any of the 1200 shocks anymore..... or inserts.....

Front shock absorber (strut insert cartridge) is the same as any Datsun 1200 1970-1995.

Rear shock absorbers are unique to 1200/1400 pick-up.

Buy them anywhere including:

Haha yeh pretty rare, i cant think Ive seen any 1200s in aberdeen. Ill get some pics when ive got her back on the ground :D

so ive found most parts i need but i can find front struts. I have the drum struts that are 45mm, was looking for rebuild kits and strut inserts with no avail. Any help guys??

thats good to know, i appreciate all the help. If get completely stuck ill prob just steal the front end of my s13 :P
