Turn it over, so that the 'dip' in the B210 sway bar is installed down, so that it clears the engine sump

When I put the 120y swaybar on my A15 1200 ute, yes it 'just' rubbed on the sump.
A gentle bit of 'percussion persuasion' (about 3mm) worked perfectly

It's exactly the same shape sump as the A12. Clearance is the same (A15 oil pan is slightly wider in the bulges on the sides)

Hey guys,

For those running A15 engines in their lowered datsun 1200s, is the swaybar very close to the a15 sump?Whats the clearance distance between the sump and the swaybar?

Im thinking of running thicker swaybar mount bushes?? Im running a 120y swaybar.
Any ideas?

Also did early 1200s run different swaybars as compared to late 1200s?

Thanks in advance
