No probs - I'm not in a hurry. The gearbox is fine once it warms up and it would last forever like that if need be.

Ah yes. I've got a standard shift pattern (60A), so that might mean I need a different kit from ziggy anyway.

BK173WS is for 60A only WS = with synchros
60 dogleg uses different bearing (and different syncros)

I'm going to have to order a kit in the next few months I did a quick search for BK173WS and found prices varying from $100 to $240. I'll be shopping around, they all,have the same kit numbers but I suspect the bearings may vary.

That's a fair price. Locally I have to pay $237 USD for a rebuild kit (synchros + bearings) and that doesn't include shipping
