#2 Re: Oil pan gasket leak

You may remove the oil pan instead of the engine. Unbolt the bottom bolt of each motor mount, jack the engine up about 1-1/2" then slip the pan out

Another way is to undo the four crossmember bolts, then jack the body up a couple of inches

I just recently rebuild the engine on my UTE but find out the oil pan gasket leaks on the left rear corner , is there a easy way to replace the gasket with out taking the engine out ? And stop the leak?
