"Whose this B210, prepped with cage, wheels in air driven with rage........... Kerb killer, Kerb killer" or so, he song goes or something like that.
As someone who pounds the kerbs mercilessly I can respect this. I also feel your pain on gearboxes, currently my 60 series 5 speed has been fine behind the A15 but it appears I'm going down the route of a 63 series box. Long term the goal is to find an A10 510 with CA20 power as those gearboxes have a 1.9 2nd gear.

Unfortunatly A series boxes are hard tofind and to dear and not strong enough. Got one and bought one T50 for $ 500 Dellow do a bell housing $750.Close ratio gears are still avaliable.
Friends have them behind A15s and 1200 turbos and no troubles.

Unfortunatly i munched (modified 3rd gear )of my good 60 series 4 speed and apart from staight cut hollenger gearsets no A series box is strong enough so hence the t50...good for 250hp .

A t50 box is not the dark side :)
Im sure if all those English cars were not fitted with datsun 5 speeds we would have more of the 60 series 5 speeds for our cars

We have lift-off! You seem to spend more time on two wheels than four
