It appears we are both talking about the same thing (diy efi) if you go to thier home page and look at the efi 332 project it is a combined fuel and ignition unit.

Thats the one I'm thinking of building.

I haven't completely decided yet, but if you use a modded factory unit aren't you limited in number of I/O's and don't you require special equipment to burn the eprom every time you want to make a change in programming?

i assume u prolly dont care anymore, but i found out the price of a delco computer and theyre only $80....food for thought for anyone thinking of going injection.

Dick Smith does one too. But it isn't compatible with (Can't remember exactly) those coils that aren't round. Those super Spark ones....
I was gonna put one on my car but no compatability with my coil.
I think it is called Dick SMith electronics High Ignition kit or something...

was reading bout a jaycar kit that uses the points but only for a small signal, it gives strong signal to sparkies, not 100% sure of concept but go to jaycar's website and check it out for details
