It's a H72 A14 block, 13 head bolts, H89 (?) head What does the Q mean on the ID stamping? It's a beautiful A14 with dual valve springs and consistent compression, runs good and no oil leaks. The mileage doesn't matter on a 38 year old engine. Might be worth more than the average A14, but 380000 yen is crazy price
