Just curious simon what gearbox are you using with your Turbo A-series i know this thing makes some serious power

is that a 10a rx3 or 13b, either way not unexpected
from Simon`s toy, a methodical tinkerer, congrats.

They're going to want to decrease the size of the restrictor plate now . It sounds like the piston broke off the top half, I know of a class 1 off road racer who used to do this with his A series motors, but it was with standard pistons, if you can believe. Hope to see Jordan in the car at Clipsal Adelaide for the Improved Production races.

What a great track and it's awesome to see such a well developed car doing well.

I'd claim to be jealous but I know how much work went into the result, kudos to you Simon.

A wild ride! It is from Pole Position and drives away, so no other cars in the footage apart from a couple of lapped cars at the end.

"I heard it on the grapevine" word got around.
Your going to a few more now knocking on your door
for tuning after that little stint. HA HA

I haven't pulled it apart yet. Im not sure what let go first, but the No. 2 connecting rod came out the sump.
