Depends how much grunt you've got
7600 redline in 4th with 205 tyre and 4.11 diff is good for 201km/h But shift to 5th and the revs drop to 6500 and without any more grunt yes top speed stays at 200.... but with abit more push... 234km at redline.

For fastest top speed, put your 5-speed in 4th gear
