wheels are bigger than on usual mk2 eskys
was that against 4wd cars? I remember the last 2wd car to beat WRX, evos and other awd cars in Australian rallyes was the rare "D" make called Daihatsu which had a 1.6L all alloy FWD Charade that revved to 9k
